To fully understand the businesses, the as-is and to-be Operational business processes were documented as an input for both Organisational Design and detailed business and functional requirement specifications for the core business system application replacement. SDLC | FUNCTIONAL, PROCESS, INTERFACE &
DATA MIGRATION TESTING

With core business systems implementations, we assisted organisations with defining the Programme Testing strategy and approach. Utilising approved Business & Functional requirement specifications, detailed business test cases were compiled which assisted business users to test the new core business applications developed and implemented. Ongoing testing progress, reporting, defects management, resolution, re-testing and ultimately production deployment cycles and programme governance were also included in our mandate.
