With core business systems implementations, we assisted organisations with defining the Programme Testing strategy and approach. Utilising approved Business & Functional requirement specifications, detailed business test cases were compiled which assisted business users to test the new core business applications developed and implemented. Ongoing testing progress, reporting, defects management, resolution, re-testing and ultimately production deployment cycles and programme governance were also included in our mandate.
